PRACTICE

I help organisations understand how their systems already shape behaviour and how to redesign those systems for scale, speed, and control in the age of AI.

I work with senior leaders on:
→ How their organisational design produces predictable outcomes
→ Enterprise coherence in the presence of AI and emerging technologies
→ Increasing operational speed without increasing fragility
→ Designing human systems that adapt as quickly as technical ones

My work focuses on helping organisations make deliberate choices about how they evolve so transformation is not something people are asked to “buy into,” but something the system naturally enables.

Industries: Finance, Defence, Energy, Hospitality, Higher Education

Background: Psychology & Business, Public Policy (Risk & Vulnerability), Enterprise Change & Delivery, Agile & Systems Practice

Always open to thoughtful conversations on intelligent organisations, sociotechnical systems, and large-scale transformation.
